We offer free mounting and balancing when you order a set of both tires and wheels on the same order. A vintage tire specialist then does the mounting and balancing at our warehouse and ships them out ready to go on your car.

2.Do I have to be home for my items to be delivered?
No. If you are unable to be home for delivery, the FedEx representative will leave your package in a safe place so that it’s available when you arrive home. Please be on the look out for the tires or packages. If the driver feels that it would be unsafe to leave the package without anyone being home, the packages will be brought back to the FedEx facility and you will be contacted to arrange pickup.

3.What happens if I receive the wrong item in my shipment?
If you made an order with Coker Tire but received the wrong items, reach out to us directly at 1-800-251-6336 and one of our Star service members will help get the order corrected immediately. We stand behind our products and service, and will take care of any wrong shipments or missing items in your shipment. Customer satisfaction guaranteed, you have our word on it!

4.When will my items be delivered?
If you're having issues with the delivery of your tires, wheels or accessories, do not hesitate to call us at 1-800-251-6336 Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm Eastern time and 8am to Noon on Saturdays. Most orders, unless it is a custom mount and balance order, will ship same day if it is received before 3pm Eastern time. We use FedEx Ground on standard orders, but express shipping is available at additional cost. There are occasions where a product is out of stock and you are placed on a backorder list, but our website will notify you before you make the purchase, or someone will reach out to you to discuss your order. Coker Tire is headquartered in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee with an additional distribution center in City of Industry, California. We can also partner with any local tire retailer to convenience you.
