We collect and remit sales tax based on your state and/or local requirements.

Wheel Vintiques accepts most major credit cards. The world of credit card ordering is changing rapidly. Because of the unfortunate increase of credit card fraud, there are many new rules put forth by companies like American Express, Visa and MasterCard. These regulations often require more stringent procedures specifically relating to ship to addresses or those other than the address your where your charge card statement is sent. Please make sure your exact phone number and the address where your charge card statement comes to as well as other verification information we will ask you for when you are placing your order. We reserve the right to ship your merchandise to the address the credit card company has on file. Sorry, we do not accept COD shipments. For customers who want to pay by check, we recommend that you send a certified check or money order, or be willing to wait up to 21 days for your check to clear before shipment is initiated.

Call 800-959-2100 before returning an item for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Write your RGA number on the label of the returned package. Without the RGA number, your package will not be routed to the Returns Department. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments on returned items.

Wheel Vintiques warrants chrome and finish on wheels and accessories to the original owner for six (6) months from date of purchase. Oxidation or corrosion of the finish due to improper care and/or adverse weather or chemicals are not covered under this warranty. Wheels that have been mounted, painted or powder coated cannot be returned. Test fit wheels and accessories before painting or powder coating. Proof of purchase is required and must be accompany you return. Wheel Vintiques does not offer any guarantee of fitment for any particular purpose and limits its liability to the purchase price of the item. All wheels and accessories should be installed by properly trained individuals. Warranty returns also require an RGA number.

Always immediately inspect the contents of your shipment. Notify the carrier if damage has occurred. Boxed merchandise must be kept in the original shipping carton for inspection. DO NOT return damaged items to Wheel Vintiques until inspected by the carrier. The package must be inspected at the point of delivery. It is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the merchandise in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a package that has been opened or damaged, make sure the driver notes this fact on their delivery sheet.

All sales are FOB our warehouse in California. Prices listed on the website and in the catalog do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added to your order. Insurance will be added to all packages valued over $100.00 ($1.00 per $100). All items shipped by motor freight will be shipped freight collect. Our policy is always to give you the best service and the best rate!
